Collegiate Hospitality, LLC was formed in January of 2005 by a long time
hospitality professional Richard Carbone. Collegiate Hospitality currently has two properties under management. The Inn at Harvard and the Harvard Square Hotel. Both of these assets are owned by the President and Fellows of Harvard University and produce more than $10 million in annual revenue.

Collegiate Hospitality is unique in the hospitality industry in that its primary mission is to create value for guests, property owners, and associates in each hospitality property. Collegiate Hospitality is experienced in taking properties from a flagged status to a non-flagged status while at the same time sustaining business volumes in order to attain budgeted occupancy levels as well as profitability. Collegiate Hospitality develops an innovative, customized business plan for each property under Management.

Collegiate Hospitality believes that the General Manager of each managed property needs to be intimately involved with both the guests and property staff. Through this belief, Collegiate Hospitality requires each property General Manager to spend a minimum of 75% of their time in both guest and staff member contact areas. In some cases the property General Manager is physically located in the lobby of the property to allow for unprecedented guest contact.
